Interesting biomass discussions at EUBCE 2016

We attended the European Biomass Conference & Exhibition in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in June!

Judith and Alberto went to the European Biomass Conference & Exhibition in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The conference was related to anything biomass, such as policies, markets, conversion technologies and sustainability. On top of a wide variety of topics, there were also a large number of presentations and visitors: 373 oral presentations, 400 posters and 1500+ participants from 73 countries. Bioprocess Control presented a poster titled “Comparison of performance between Biochemical Methane Potential (BMP) tests and continuously operated digesters¨.

We were pleased to meet some of our existing customers there, and to see some presentations based on our AMPTS II. With a high number of visitors at our booth, we also had some interesting discussions ranging from Anammox activity and wastewater to algae and horticulture.
